Since its establishment, eNET Hungary Ltd. has been committed to providing continuous development opportunities for its employees. Through the GINOP PLUSZ 3.2.1-21 project titled “Improving Employee and Company Adaptability and Productivity through Workforce Development,” we have the opportunity to train and develop several of our team members.

ABOUT THE TENDER

Within the framework of the project, we will have the opportunity to train and develop 29 of our staff members in the autumn of 2024, thanks to a grant of HUF 5,177,340.

The training will provide them with the methodologies and tools they need to perform their work more efficiently, achieving greater customer satisfaction in the future. As consultants, we realize the significance of communication, the importance of effectively managing stress in unexpected situations, the need for understanding and serving customer needs accurately, and the added value of effective project management in our daily work.

Training courses

After assessing the needs of both our owners and employees, we identified the training directions and found Agora Institute as a partner to support us in their implementation.

Project Management: The goal of the 30-hour training, which will take place from the 12th of September to the 4th of October, is to enable participants to independently manage projects. They will be able to complete their tasks more efficiently while adhering to deadlines, and participate in workflows and projects with a clear understanding of their role in the overall process.

Non-Violent Advocacy in Practice: The 20-hour training, held from the 26th to the 27th of September, aims to develop participants’ verbal and non-verbal communication skills, promote conscious, context-appropriate communication, while introducing the practice of non-violent advocacy. The training will enhance participants’ personal competencies, and lead to more effective individual performance.

Burnout and Stress Management in Practice: During the training scheduled for the 10th and 11th of October, we will support our employees in managing stress, by preventing and handling burnout. The goal is for participants to determine the most effective or applicable stress management techniques through experiential learning.

Customer Needs and Solutions in the 21st Century: The training focuses on helping participants understand how their thoughts are organized and how they influence their subsequent verbal and non-verbal expressions towards customers. Additionally, the training aims to develop employees’ skills in professionally identifying customer needs and providing relevant responses and solutions. The 30-hour training will be held on the 7th, 8th and 22th of November.

We are excited for our employees to participate in the trainings offered under the GINOP PLUSZ project this fall. With the grant, we are not only ensuring personal and professional development but also building a stronger, more cohesive, and effective community that is prepared to meet future challenges.
