The data mining business of eNET Internetkutató Kft. has been providing a decision support service based on shopping center visitor statistics since 2018. The analysis system we have developed enables the collection of external and internal data, the integrated processing, analysis and visualization of data.
The system provides insight into the movement dynamics and visitor behavior of people entering the mall and a given zone. It provides demographic-based data analysis and makes it possible to analyze the willingness to spend and thereby helps determine the value of each zone.*
Through all of this, PLAZA MONITOR is an effective tool for making the business decisions needed for operation.
FUNCTIONS OF THE PLAZA MONITOR
SYNCHRONIZING SEVERAL DATA SOURCES
Integration and use of different data sources for data analysis: access gates, Wi-Fi network, plaza application, parking system, totem poles, payment data, Google API, Google Business, social interfaces.
“SMART VISITORS”
Modelling and detailed analysis of the traffic in the shopping center, e.g., number of visitors per zone, number of shops visited, time spent, number of shops visited.
MOTION ANALYSIS
Visitor heat map and evaluation of customer habits (GDPR compliant solution).
TENDENCY TO SPEND
Estimate correlations between visitor activity and spending based on data analysis.
COMPETITOR MONITORING
Periodic comparisons with competitors’ traffic data, exploring differences.
EVALUATIONS
Aggregate and collect reviews using Google Business.
CENTRAL DATABASE
Making the data collected available in a central database and historical retrievability.
ONLINE DASHBOARD
Statements and trends are displayed in a summary interface.
